You can also sign in and send feedback from your profile.
Email contact@scriber.studio. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the page address if useful. Please leave out passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, and private manuscript passages unless we agree they are needed.
To delete your account, open Profile on the website or Account → Delete account in the iOS app. For help with access or deletion, use contact@scriber.studio and contact us from your account email when possible. We may need to verify ownership before changing account data.
Common questions
I have ChatGPT or Claude. Do I need an API key?
No API key is needed to write in Scriber, use its local prose checks, or take a review package to your assistant. Direct connections use your Scriber login and your assistant’s supported connection flow. Scriber’s separate AI-generation and narration features may require a provider account or credits. Read the connection guide.
I can’t find Scriber in the assistant’s directory.
The public listing is still being prepared. If your assistant account supports custom connectors, you can use the connection guide. Otherwise, copy a review package from Scriber’s Assistant connections page and paste it into a conversation.
My sign-in code didn’t arrive.
Check the address and spam folder, wait a few minutes, and request a fresh code. Only the newest code works. If you still cannot sign in, email support from the address you used.
The assistant connected to the wrong story.
Revoke that connection in Scriber’s Assistant connections page, then connect again and choose the intended story. One connection grants access to one story, including all its chapters and relevant confirmed story-bible facts.
How do I stop sharing my manuscript?
Revoke the connection in Scriber, and remove the connector in your assistant if you no longer need it. For text already shared, use that assistant’s conversation and privacy controls.
Where did my review go?
Reviews completed in ChatGPT or Claude stay in that conversation. Copy the useful points back into your Scriber notes. Always check the quoted passages and how much of the manuscript the assistant read.
Directory reviewers
Use the private access code included with the submission at Reviewer access. The sample account needs no email verification or API credits. Contact support if the code has expired or a tool cannot read the sample.
